HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tell me everything you can about what you’re looking for: if you have very specific things in mind you want or definitely don’t want. It helps if you’ve checked out my pricing page to get an idea of order minimums and packages I offer. Payment is expected at the time of placing your order.

  2. I’ll reply to the form and we finalize details. You’ll be able to send me any invite/party decor pictures, inspiration pics, or color palettes you have (as a note I won’t copy exact designs if you send me pictures of something someone else has made.)

  3. Next, I create an invoice and send it to you. The invoice will be open for 24 hours, once it’s paid you’re locked on my calendar, it also lists all pickup/delivery instructions. If the invoice is not paid in 24 hours, it will be cancelled. I charge a fee to reinstate cancelled invoices.

Some things to note:

  • If it is less than 2 weeks out: there will be a rush fee associated with the order.

  • Color palettes: I will do my best to get as similar as possible but please note the colors may not be exact.

  • Late pickups: Please make an effort to be on time for your pickup, a text or phone call goes a long way ahead of time to let me know you’re running late.
